How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You have 15 days to contact us if you wish to return your product. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA number

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, your RMA number, and the original receipt/email confirmation
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, which may be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange your item you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (except holidays).
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown your total shipping charges.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
